Payment Policy
Information about purchasing paid products or services through Nexind, where checkout is available.
1. Prices and product details
The applicable price, currency, product details and any recurring billing conditions should be shown before you confirm a purchase. Check the final checkout amount before paying.
2. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The provider's identity and applicable terms should be shown during checkout. Payment credentials should be entered only in the authorized checkout interface.
3. Payment confirmation
Access to a paid product may depend on confirmation of the transaction. Keep the transaction reference or receipt until access has been confirmed.
4. Failed, pending or duplicate payments
If payment fails, remains pending or appears duplicated, check the transaction status with your bank or payment provider and contact Nexind support with the reference. Do not share OTPs, PINs or passwords.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy, the purchase terms displayed at checkout and applicable law.
6. No unauthorized charges
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and notify Nexind through the available support channel.
